This is an evolving project. New terms may be added over time, definitions may be improved, and examples updated, especially as more schools, teachers, and students use the material. Every contribution helps make the dictionary clearer, more useful, and more complete.

Make a Difference Today

Every contribution counts

By supporting the project, you help bring financial, economic, and entrepreneurial education to students in public schools throughout Brazil. Your support translates into printing physical copies, improving content, expanding to more schools, and, in the future, creating bilingual versions that can reach even more young people.

It's not about individual value, but about collective impact: every penny makes a difference in building a less unequal country.

Mission Statement

Commitment to Financial Education

Our mission is to democratize the language of finance, economics, and business so that it ceases to be a code restricted to a few and becomes part of the vocabulary of any young person. We want students – especially those from public schools – to have access to clear, serious material that is also relevant to their reality, helping them interpret news, make better financial decisions, understand how the economy works, and see possible paths in the world of business and entrepreneurship. More than explaining terms, we seek to reduce inequalities in understanding, strengthen critical thinking, and contribute to the formation of a generation that participates actively, informedly, and confidently in the economic and social life of the country.

Our Team

Our team consists of three students who decided to turn discomfort into action. Combining interests in finance, economics, education, and social impact, the group is developing a dictionary made by young people for young people, with a special focus on students from public schools. In partnership with teachers, specialists, and institutions that believe in the democratization of knowledge, the project brings together research, writing, and implementation with the conviction that understanding the language of money, economics, and business should not be a privilege, but a right.
