About Us
What Makes Us Special
Our story begins in 2025, in the hallways of Avenues, in São Paulo, when three students began to observe more closely a stark contrast in Brazilian reality: while terms like inflation, interest rates, public debt, investment, profit, GDP, and credit appear daily in headlines, social media, and government decisions, a large portion of young people feel incapable of understanding or participating in these conversations. From this observation arose the idea of creating a dictionary that would not only be a technical compilation of definitions, but a tool to combat Brazilian inequality, starting with inequality of understanding. From there, a process began that involved mapping the main concepts of finance, economics, and business, organizing the content into thematic axes, writing and rewriting entries, testing the language with teachers and colleagues, and structuring the project professionally, with a pilot plan in public schools and a vision for future expansion to other Latin American countries. With the support of educators, financial market professionals, and institutions interested in education and social impact, the dictionary took shape as a project created by young people, but with long-term ambitions: to bring economic language closer to the daily lives of those who need it most and to show that understanding the "language of money" is not a privilege of the few, but an essential step in building a less unequal country.

Our Mission
Commitment to Financial Education
Back to Home
Our mission is to democratize the language of finance, economics, and business so that it ceases to be a code restricted to a few and becomes part of the vocabulary of any young person. We want students – especially those from public schools – to have access to clear, serious material that is also relevant to their reality, helping them interpret news, make better financial decisions, understand how the economy works, and see possible paths in the world of business and entrepreneurship. More than explaining terms, we seek to reduce inequalities in understanding, strengthen critical thinking, and contribute to the formation of a generation that participates actively, informedly, and confidently in the economic and social life of the country.
